Terms of service — Models API
1. Access
The API is available only with a key issued by the operator, Nedyalko Mihaylov. A key is personal to the client it was issued for: do not share or publish it. The operator may limit, rotate or revoke a key at any time, for example if it is abused or may have leaked.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use the API to break the law, to harm or deceive people, or to generate content that sexualises minors, incites violence or harasses anyone.
- Do not try to get around authentication, rate limits or model restrictions, to reach paths other than the documented API, or to overload the service.
- Do not send data you are not entitled to share.
- Requests to models answered by a cloud provider are also subject to that provider's own usage policies.
3. Output
Answers are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Check them before relying on them; they are not professional advice of any kind.
4. No warranty
The API runs on the operator's own hardware and is provided as is, free of charge, without any warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a purpose. It may change or end at any time. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses arising from its use.
