Privacy notice — Models API
1. Who we are
The Models API is part of Dark Factory, a small self-hosted platform operated by Nedyalko Mihaylov, the controller of the data described here. Contact: nedialkom@gmail.com. The platform's general privacy policy covers its applications; this notice covers requests made to the API with a key.
2. What a request is used for
The content you send — prompts, messages, documents, images, audio — is processed only to produce the answer you asked for. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with other key holders, and not used to train or improve models.
3. What is kept

Only the operator can read these records. They are stored on the operator's own servers, in the European Union.
4. Models answered by a cloud provider
Most models run on the operator's own hardware, and a request to them never leaves it. A few
model names are answered by a third-party AI provider; a request to one of those is forwarded to
that provider, which processes it under its own terms and privacy policy, and returns the answer.
Ask the operator which names those are, or use GET /v1/key/models and the model
names it lists for your key.
5. Your rights
You may ask what is held about your key's requests, and for it to be deleted, by writing to nedialkom@gmail.com. In the European Union you may also complain to your data protection authority. Do not send personal data about others, or special categories of data, that you are not entitled to share.
6. Changes
A changed notice is published here with a new effective date.
